Registration, check in and adult weigh-in (18 years and up) starts at 9:00 am

Competition start time: 10:00 am SHARP

All competitors must fill out this application completely. KNOW YOUR DIVISION NUMBER(S) and indicate them in the appropriate boxes below. Failure of any competitor to be at the appropriate ring at the correct time for the start of each event shall result in the disqualification of the competitor for said event. Note: Division may be changed at tournament directors discretion.

EARLY ENTRY FEE $60, $5 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL EVENT
PAYMENTS POST MARKED ON OR PRIOR TO October 28th, 2025 and PAYMENTS SUBMITTED ONLINE BY November 1st, 2025

STANDARD ENTRY FEE $70, $5 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL EVENT
PAYMENTS POSTMARKED AFTER October 28th, 2025

Adult: $10
Ages 5-12: $5

No online submissions will be accepted after November 1st. CASH ONLY ON November 8th, 2025.

Venmo will NOT be accepted after November 1st, 2025
